What's covered
If your Cozy Clip somehow breaks during normal use within one year of purchase to the point where it’s no longer usable, we'll replace it for free.
What’s Not Covered
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from misuse or intentional damage
- Normal wear and tear (small scratches or scuffs)
How It Works
Submit a warranty claim with a photo of the damage. If it qualifies, we’ll send you a replacement for free.
Important Note
This warranty only covers accidental product breakage. It does not cover returns, exchanges, or shipping protection.
