Returns

We accept returns for orders in the United States within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in resellable condition: clean and undamaged. Proof of purchase (such as your order number) must be provided.
The customer is responsible for both the original shipping fee a well as the return shipping fee. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If the item is not in resellable condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@thecozyclip.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that an item is damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement. The customer must provide photo proof of the damage.
International Orders
All non-USA orders are covered by insurance when your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit only.

All non-USA orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
