Processing Time

Orders submitted by 12 PM local time may be fulfilled the same day. Any orders submitted after the cutoff will be shipped the next day. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and weekends. For pre-orders, processing times begin once the item becomes available. Please refer to the estimated timeframe listed on your pre-order for the most accurate shipping estimate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to you. If you can't find it, feel free to email us at hello@thecozyclip.com so we can help!

Shipping Issues

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, we are not responsible for delays such as weather, carrier delays, holidays or busy seasons, natural events, or incorrect shipping details. We are also not liable for lost or stolen items, but we’re always happy to assist if an issue comes up.

Entered the wrong address at checkout? Please email us ASAP at hello@thecozyclip.com. We can’t always make changes once an order is on its way, but we’ll try our best to help!

International Shipping

All non-USA orders are covered by insurance when your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit only.

Coverage is subject to the terms of our shipping insurance provider, XCover:

All non-USA orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

However, if you:

1. Received the wrong item
2. Have an item missing from your order
3. Receive a product damaged to the extent that it cannot be used as intended

We may issue a refund for the product price only, provided that all information is accurate. In these situations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
